1. Flowers are a seasonal product.

Therefore, the whole variety of the offer is not always available and deliverable. The assortment is changed regularly. Accordingly, the bouquets are adapted to the respective season. A delivered bouquet may look slightly different in person than in the picture. Each bouquet is an individual piece of work that is freshly arranged by our florists on a daily basis and corresponds as closely as possible to the picture in shape and colour.

2. Prices / value added tax

Flower prices are naturally subject to seasonal and regional fluctuations.

The prices we quote include the VAT of the respective product.

If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers for no reason, Flowerevents has the right to charge for the delivery anyway.

3.Data protection / privacy protection

For Flowerevents, the protection of your privacy is an absolute priority. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of privacy and security. Flowerevents will only use your personal information to process orders. Your email address and personal details will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. In our shop, orders are processed via an order form. The information contained in this form will only be used for the delivery of your order, for the order confirmation or invoice and, if necessary, for queries to our customers.

6.a Deliveries

In order for the requested delivery to be carried out on time and without delay, please ensure that the delivery address given, including the local telephone number, is correct and complete. No liability can be accepted for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the flower recipient is absent, our delivery service will attempt to deliver again at a later date or a notification card will be left. We will also try to contact the recipient by telephone so that the flower delivery can be arranged as soon as possible. If the recipient is absent, the delivery service is entitled to leave the flower greeting with a third party (e.g. a neighbour, etc.) who seems suitable to forward it to the recipient. The same applies to enclosures (accompanying letters, gift items, etc.) If the delivery cannot be completed despite these efforts, the client will be notified. Correctness of the delivery address Please ensure in your own interest that the delivery address incl. telephone number given to us is correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-deliveries as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note that: For deliveries to hospitals, nursing wards or senior residences, please state the ward and room number if possible. Deliveries can only be guaranteed to the reception (e.g. hospital). For hotel deliveries, please indicate – if possible – the name under which the recipient is registered in the hotel (travel group, married couples, etc.). Deliveries are only guaranteed to the hotel reception.

6.b Delivery time

We must receive your order at least 6 working hours before the requested delivery time. Only deliveries for funerals or weddings are guaranteed in terms of time. Therefore, the customer is requested to give us the delivery time as accurately as possible on the order form. Guaranteed delivery at a specific time will only be made if an agreement has been made with our customer service at info@flowerevents.com and will usually be charged as an express delivery (surcharge plus Fr. 15.00 on the respective delivery charges). Deliveries are also possible on Sundays and public holidays. (if necessary, prior telephone clarification is advisable).

7. Flowers within hours all over the world (Fleurop / Interflora).

Orders outside our delivery area will be carried out by one of our 50,000 Fleurop/Interflora partners in 154 countries worldwide. For these orders, all Fleurop/Interflora regulations apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of contradictions between these General Terms and Conditions and the provisions of Fleurop/Interflora, these General Terms and Conditions shall apply. For these orders we also guarantee that your order will be delivered with love and care and in the best quality. Any time difference and local opening hours must be taken into account. For most European countries, same-day delivery is guaranteed if the order is placed by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. Unfortunately, Fleurop/Interflora cannot deliver to all locations in all countries. In Switzerland, delivery to all locations is guaranteed. Nevertheless, not all locations abroad can be supplied. 8. Order confirmation

Within a few hours you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail contains detailed information about the purchased product, the purchase price, the delivery date and the sender and recipient addresses. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

9. Identification of the customer

The name and address details of the customer must be correct and complete. A telephone number for queries during the opening hours of Flowerevents is essential.

10. Identification of the recipient

The name and address details of the customer must be correct and complete. They must be identifiable according to the principles of postal traffic in the recipient country. An indication of the recipient’s telephone number guarantees the desired delivery at the desired time of day.

11. Transmission errors

Any damage resulting from the use of post, telephone, telefax, telex, internet and other means of transmission or transport organisations, namely from loss, delay, misunderstanding, mutilation or duplication as well as misuse of data by third parties, shall be borne by the Customer, provided that Flowerevents has exercised due diligence.

12. Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to Flowerevents and is guaranteed. In particular, we guarantee that all orders will be handled professionally and that all flowers and plants will be delivered on time and in perfect quality by our delivery service in person. We guarantee the conscientious handling of every order. Our satisfaction guarantee includes:

  • The delivery of the ordered goods by our delivery service
  • Freshness and impeccable quality
  • Delivery on the agreed day

With this guarantee, we vouch that your order will be carried out with love, care and the best quality. Should you nevertheless not be satisfied with the delivery or the quality, bring your criticism to our customer service within 3 days of delivery at the latest. 13 Cancellation / Right of withdrawal

Subsequent changes or cancellations In the event of changes to orders already submitted or cancellations of orders already submitted, any costs may be charged to the client (max. in the order value). The flower order may be cancelled two working days before the desired delivery date, provided that important reasons are given. Cancellation after this deadline can only be accepted in exceptional cases. Cancellations should be sent to the e-mail address info@flowerevents.com or to the telephone number 0041 41 378 05 05 (customer service) during our normal business hours.

16. Legal

All legal relations between the customer and Flowerevents are subject to Swiss law.

17. Contract

The completion and transmission of the order form on the Internet or other communication of an order creates a contract of sale between the customer and Flowerevents under Swiss law, irrespective of the location of the customer at the time of entry and irrespective of his registered office. Flowerevents reserves the right to refuse orders at any time.

18 Changes to the “General Terms and Conditions

Flowerevents reserves the right to change the “General Terms and Conditions” at any time.

19. SSL Encryption (if set up)

When placing an order via www.flowerevents.com, you must enter sensitive data (address, credit card number, etc.) in the forms. The transmission of this data between your browser and www.flowerevents.com takes place via an encrypted connection. For this encryption, www.flowerevents.com uses the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission. They are generally used to enable smooth functionality of the shopping basket and identification of the user during shopping or even when a site is called up again. When you order products via www.flowerevents.com, no cookies are used that collect personal data. The data that the user of www.flowerevents.com enters is cached on the server side. When you enter our site, a session is generated. This sets a cookie on your computer, which only contains a temporary identification number.
