As an old hand in the florist trade, I’m very familiar with the last wave of dried flowers in the 90s. Today, our young colleagues all have the feeling that they’re creating hype by putting a few dried flowers (preferably colored) in a vase.
Our aim in floristry is to create something “new” and “different”. This means that the floristic style or combinations of other dry materials are very important to us.
